Low Sodium Meal Suggestions at Restaurant Chains

This list is kept in my wallet and used whenever my family eats out and I want to order more than a garden salad with oil and vinegar. This list was compiled in 2010. Restaurants are always updating their nutritional guides online so check their site before eating out.
